This Privacy Policy describes how Or7 Technologies Inc. handles information for its software, automation, integrations, and hosted services, including the Niagara Hermes Connector used to connect authorized business systems such as QuickBooks Online.

When an authorized user connects a third-party service, such as QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Knowify, or similar business systems, we may access the data permitted by that connection for the purpose of providing the requested workflow, synchronization, reporting, or operational automation.

Information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the software and related business workflows. We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers or connected platforms only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or follow instructions from the authorized business account owner or administrator.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Authorized users or administrators may revoke connected-service access through the applicable third-party platform or by contacting Or7 Technologies Inc. Access removal may limit or disable related workflows.

The software and service are intended for business use and are not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version.
