End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement applies to software, automation, integrations, and hosted services provided by Or7 Technologies Inc., including the Niagara Hermes Connector used to connect authorized business systems such as QuickBooks Online.
1. License
Or7 Technologies Inc. grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable software or service solely for the internal business purpose for which access was provided.
2. Authorized use
Users may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the software or service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity performed through their authorized account.
3. Third-party services
The software may connect to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Knowify, and other business systems. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and permissions granted by the account owner or administrator.
4. Data access and permissions
The software accesses only the data and permissions authorized by the connected account or administrator. Access may be used to support business workflows such as status checks, synchronization, reporting, onboarding, or operational automation.
5. Ownership
Or7 Technologies Inc. and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the software, service, design, code, documentation, and related intellectual property. Customer data remains the property of the customer or applicable data owner.
6. Availability and changes
The software and service are provided on an operationally reasonable basis and may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued as business and security needs require.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Or7 Technologies Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the software or service.
9. Termination
Or7 Technologies Inc. may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, security risk, nonpayment where applicable, or violation of this agreement. Users may stop using the service or disconnect integrations at any time.
